Service Description

New customers must have had a patch test at least 48 hours prior to appointment, please contact us to arrange if this is your first visit. Failure to do so will mean your appointment will be cancelled, and deposit lost. We recommend waiting 6-8 weeks between each treatment.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits All deposits are non refundable. If you cancel the appointment at any time, the deposit is lost. However, we can transfer your deposit to another date if more than 48 hours notice is given. After this another deposit would be needed to rebook your appointment. ​ 24 hour Policy If your appointment is cancelled within 24 hours, the full cost of your appointment will be payable. We will not be able to book you in for any further appointments until the cost of your missed appointment has been paid. ​​ Repeats We understand that sometimes thing happen that cannot be avoided, therefore we will give the benefit of the doubt and be lenient where we can. However clients who repeatedly cancel last minute may be required to pay for the full appointment up front each time.
