Service Description

Consultations usually last between 20-30 minutes. First I will check you are suitable for extensions with a quick form. I will then colour match your hair and discuss the different methods, lengths and thicknesses to be able to provide you with a quote. We will discuss correct aftercare, and answer any questions that you have. A £10 booking fee is taken. If you would like to book in for a fitting after your consultation a further £50 deposit will be taken to reserve your appointment, and the total £60 will be taken off your final bill. No shows will lose the booking fee and have to pay again to rebook. Please come to your consultation with clean hair, the correct hair colour that you would like to be at your fitting, and without any other extensions so I can see your natural hair where possible. If you change your colour after your consultation you would have return for another colour match.


Cancellation Policy

By booking an appointment with us you are agreeing to all of the following - Deposits All deposits are non refundable. If you cancel the appointment at any time, the deposit is lost. We can transfer your deposit to another date if more than 48 hours notice is given. After this another deposit would be needed to rebook your appointment. ​​ 24 hour Policy If your appointment is cancelled within 24 hours or in the case of no shows, the full cost of your appointment will be payable. We will not be able to book you in for any further appointments until the total cost of your missed appointment has been paid. ​​​ Contact To cancel or rearrange an appointment please contact us on one of our social media pages or send us an email. ​ Repeats We understand that sometimes things happen that cannot be avoided, therefore we will give the benefit of the doubt and be lenient where we can. However clients who repeatedly cancel last minute may be required to pay for the full appointment up front going forward. ​​ Refunds All of our salon services are non-refundable once the service has been completed. We take great care to ensure every client leaves satisfied, if you have any concerns please notify us within 7 days of your hair appointment or 3 days for beauty. We will be happy to scheduled a complimentary adjustment or consultation to address any concerns. ​ Quality Concerns. If you believe your extensions are defective please contact us within 14 days of install. Our supplier has its own quality testing so in this instance a removal would be required to return the hair to the supplier for testing. On testing they will either return the hair to me if no issue is found or if it was caused by incorrect aftercare, or issue a replacement if a defect is found. ​ Client Responsibility Once your extensions have been installed care and maintenance is the clients responsibility. We cannot take responsibility for damage caused by not adhering to recommended maintenance times, incorrect care, use of non-recommended products, or removal by anyone other than ourselves.
