Hair Extension Removal

Service Description

If you are having the hair refitted, I include removal in that price. However if it takes longer than 30 minutes due to matting extra charges may apply. If you are booking removal only and no rotation, cost to remove is £20 on the day.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits All deposits are non refundable. If you cancel the appointment at any time, the deposit is lost. However, we can transfer your deposit to another date if more than 48 hours notice is given. After this another deposit would be needed to rebook your appointment. ​ 24 hour Policy If your appointment is cancelled within 24 hours, the full cost of your appointment will be payable. We will not be able to book you in for any further appointments until the cost of your missed appointment has been paid. ​​ Repeats We understand that sometimes thing happen that cannot be avoided, therefore we will give the benefit of the doubt and be lenient where we can. However clients who repeatedly cancel last minute may be required to pay for the full appointment up front each time.
