Service Description

Removal and reapplication of up to 75g. If you wish to have a removal on a different date please book a separate appointment for this. For bonded extensions a removal must be booked before so I can re-tip the hair. A £30 booking fee is required to reserve the appointment, the balance will be due at your appointment. Please read our cancellation policy before booking.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits All deposits are non refundable. If you cancel the appointment at any time, the deposit is lost. However, we can transfer your deposit to another date if more than 48 hours notice is given. After this another deposit would be needed to rebook your appointment. ​ 24 hour Policy If your appointment is cancelled within 24 hours, the full cost of your appointment will be payable. We will not be able to book you in for any further appointments until the cost of your missed appointment has been paid. ​​ Repeats We understand that sometimes thing happen that cannot be avoided, therefore we will give the benefit of the doubt and be lenient where we can. However clients who repeatedly cancel last minute may be required to pay for the full appointment up front each time.
