Service Description

Please ensure you have also booked a consultation at least a week before your fitting, failure to do to this may result in your appointment being cancelled or postponed. Appointment will take 1-3 hours depending on method, and thickness we decide on after your consultation. A £50 deposit is required to secure the appointment, the total quote will be discussed at your consultation. The deposit is non refundable however can be transferred to an alternative date if mora than 48 hours notice is given. Please come to all fittings with clean, straight hair, using no conditioner, oils or masks.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits All deposits are non refundable. If you cancel the appointment at any time, the deposit is lost. However, we can transfer your deposit to another date if more than 48 hours notice is given. After this another deposit would be needed to rebook your appointment. ​ 24 hour Policy If your appointment is cancelled within 24 hours, the full cost of your appointment will be payable. We will not be able to book you in for any further appointments until the cost of your missed appointment has been paid. ​​ Repeats We understand that sometimes thing happen that cannot be avoided, therefore we will give the benefit of the doubt and be lenient where we can. However clients who repeatedly cancel last minute may be required to pay for the full appointment up front each time.
